Photography Workshop: From Capture to an Online Exhibition

The workshop “Photography Through Smartphones and Exhibitions on Social Media” was completed with great success. It was co-organized by the Thrace Center of Creative Photography and the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation at the Soufli Municipal Theatre, with middle and high school students from Orestiada, Didymoteicho, and Soufli.

Our goal was to help students learn how to recognize “good” photographs amid the noise of social media, improve their smartphone photography skills, and create small online “exhibitions,” while also introducing basic principles related to AI misinformation and privacy.
